How fast can you come out?

What should I do before the crew arrives?
Very little. Clear a path to the furnace or air handler, and to the dryer if we are doing the vent. Move anything fragile off the top of the dryer and away from floor registers. We bring the floor protection, dust control and shoe covers.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Someone over 18 needs to let the crew in and be reachable by phone, and we want you there for the two minutes it takes to walk through the inspection footage and the after-photos. In between, most customers go about their day.
Can I book online instead of calling?
